"I am a PPS-I Instructor and [I am currently] registering for PPS-II Certification with Cherry Herzog. She is amazing. Years ago, I was an amateur body builder and personal trainer. I have just recovered from a decade of spinal injuries including a broken neck. Cherry and my wonderful classmates saw the end of my suffering and cheered me on to success. My goal is to become a Peak Instructor one day and possibly open a studio outside the USA. At 47, I look better now than I did while body building in my early thirties! Thank you Peak Pilates for your commitment to the principals of Joseph Pilates' teachings and for the incredible challenge each workout presents. From athletes to post-injury clients, Peak Pilates has changed my life and I am proud to pay it forward with the success of each client."
