Peak Pilates offers premier education in a flexible schedule that's right for you. Our students have access to a full range of classes - from workshops to teacher training certification programs. Our classical philosophy is simple: We teach how to teach and not just what to teach. Classical Pilates is rhythmic, fluid and focused - connecting one movement to the next to build greater strength, flexibility and endurance, and our coaching model heightens each trainee's confidence and capability as an instructor.
Peak Pilates modular certification programs allow you to progress at your own pace. The three-level Mat Certification and Equipment Certification programs are sufficiently structured for the new teacher yet rich enough for the experienced trainer. We also offer a Comprehensive Certification Program that combines our Equipment Certification with the Classical Chair and Barrel workshops.
