How to Keep Your Certification Valid
Peak Pilates® requires that all graduates maintain a current certification by submitting 14.0 CECs every two years. Alternatively, you may progress into the next level of the certifying program. Our Chair and Barrel Workshops, MVe® courses, Evolve Program and mind-body/fitness conferences are great options for continuing education. Additionally, 2.0 CECs can be awarded for CPR/AED and 1.0 CEC can be awarded for First Aid if the courses were completed during your renewal period. The certification renewal fee is $69.95 every two years from the certification date on your certificate.
Please download the certification renewal form to renew your certification. Certifications that expire more than a year from the expiration date are no longer valid and you will have to re-take the highest level earned to recertify.
You may attend other organizations' workshops for credit, but the workshop must be related to the classical Pilates method or mind-body education. Download a petition form and submit $9.95 for each course/workshop petitioned. You may submit the petition form to Peak Pilates as you earn CECs or submit with your renewal form when it's time to renew your certification. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your paperwork and/or certificate.
