Return Policy

Peak Pilates is deeply committed to our customer’s satisfaction. Should you need to return a product, please check the return policy below for the particulars relating to that item.

Small items such as accessories, un-opened DVDs and clothing (with tags intact) are allowed to be returned under certain conditions.

Peak Pilates does not accept returns for large equipment including: PPS Reformers, MVE Chairs, Cadillacs, Reformers, TWS, Sports Med, Wall Units, Mats, Hi-Ladder Barrels, Hump Barrels, Low and Combo Chairs or any Built to Order Items.

All return requests must be made within 1 week of receiving the product and must have prior authorization. Returns made without prior authorization will not be processed and all incurred charges—shipping or other—will be the responsibility of the returning party. Once received and inspected, we will gladly exchange the returned item, issue a credit toward a future purchase, or issue a refund.

The returned item/items need to be properly re-packed and received in "like-new" condition. If the return is the result of a manufacturing defect, Peak Pilates will replace the product or refund the client at their discretion.

If however, the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the returning party will be responsible for the following fees: return packing and shipping, plus 10% restocking fee. Please note that in this case, the original, out bound shipping cost is non-refundable. Product that is received either damaged or otherwise not able to be sold as new will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
