Everyone knows that finding balance in life is important to happiness and overall emotional well-being, however, in order to be balanced you need to be grounded. Physical balance is affected by not only physical factors but also by our emotions. Discover secrets to training balance.
The instructor will discover exercises that challenge muscle endurance, balance and stability. They will also learn to develop greater awareness of alignment, length, opposition and powerhouse in everyday life.
At the end this workshop, attendee’s will be able to:
Instructors will gain new tools for developing exercises to challenge balance and stability. They will also learn to create variations on existing Pilates exercises. Attendees will receive home workout ideas for clients.
Equipment Needed: 1-2lb hand weights, Foam Roller and Sponge Ball
