Pilatesstick® Basic Kit Package

I just ordered my 2nd Pilates Stick. I have used it daily for 4-5 years. I need new cords as I feel the ones I have been using are stretching out. I have tried several times to order replacement cords with no success as the rest of the unit is in perfect shape. But Peak Pilates doesn’t seem to sell just replacement cords as I have left several emails & registered for notification when the cords would be available and have never received a response.
