Green Spring is Great
This is the lightest spring. I mostly use it for one-arm circles and pulls. It's also a great addition when I want just a tad more resistance. I'm very happy with it.

Just what I needed to build arm strength
This spring is just what I needed for some if the arm exercises. With two arms the blue spring is fine, but too heavy with one. Now I can build my strength one arm at a time!
